4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. There are no hidden charges. You will see the full price, including shipping costs if applicable, before completing your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused products in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mcnebulae.com.au to request a return authorization (RA) number. Returns without prior authorization may be rejected.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • All original tags must be attached.

An "unauthorized" return is defined as a return that does not meet the above conditions or has not been assigned a valid RA number by our customer service team. If a return is unauthorized, we will contact you to arrange for the item to be returned to you at your expense. If you refuse to accept the return, we may dispose of the item without further notice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
