To be eligible for a return, the dash cam must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged. All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included. You must also provide proof of purchase.

What happens if the product is lost or damaged during return shipping?
MCNebulae is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Does MCNebulae offer exchanges?
