We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

How long does shipping take?

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2 to 8 business days (excluding order processing time) after dispatch, so the total estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

What happens if I'm not home when the delivery is made?

It is your responsibility to receive your order upon delivery. If you are not available at the time of delivery, Australia Post may leave a notification card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. If delivery fails repeatedly, your order may be returned, and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to make sure your dash cam meets your needs. This policy is in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What are the conditions for returns?

To be eligible for a return, ensure the following conditions are met: the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, showing no signs of use; the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals; and a copy of your order confirmation or invoice must be included with the return.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different model or have other requirements, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
